The true value of the Willo’dell Design Build Process is enhanced by your relationship with your landscape designer. From first call through the completion of your installation, you will work with the same person. Quite simply, one-point communication.

The design process begins with an on-site consultation. At this meeting, you can show us your property and tell us your goals. We will ask questions, listen to your answer, and take the time needed to get to know what you and your family wish to accomplish. If you do not have a clear vision of your site’s potential or what you want to do, we will tap into our design team’s years of creative expertise.

Once we understand your needs and objectives, your designer will determine the extent of design studio time required to create your landscape proposal. Dependent upon the extent of your project, your designer may choose to complete a quotation on-site or in the office with a brief thumbnail sketch of the work to be done.

If your project requires further detailing, a conceptual master plan may be desired. The master plan is a layout of the landscape and hardscape elements on your property. Based on your feedback and suggestions, we will address issues unique to your property such as privacy, screening, drainage patterning, or any future plans you may have for your property. This plan allows us to accurately budget what it will cost to realize your vision. When the master plan process is complete we will formulate a detailed cost schedule allowing you to sign off on all or part of your project.

The conceptual master plan is available for a fee that your designer will be able to determine at the site consultation.

The end result is a creative plan the actually works for you.
